They warned us about the macaque monkeys here in Sri Lanka. They're everywhere, just like squirrels at home. But they're smart. They come on to your patio (above) and, if you haven't *locked* your door, they'll open it and rifle through your luggage. So beware. We Attracted several, including this mom and her baby.
Now isn't that a precious face?
We see them everywhere! Rock climbing ...
... hanging out looking to see if you've left your bag open.
And they groom each other to keep the parasites at bay.
